Payment Terms – Helsinki Airport Transfer

How You Pay

You can choose the payment method that suits you best:

• Pay now by card — your card is charged securely at the time of booking via Stripe. This instantly confirms and guarantees your transfer.

• Reserve now, pay later — we confirm your booking and then send a secure payment link or agree an alternative method (invoice or corporate account). Ideal for business clients.

We never see or store your full card details — all card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. If you paid by card, the full amount is refunded.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are non-refundable and may be charged in full.

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

Payment Methods

• Credit or debit card (via Stripe)

• Secure payment link

• Bank transfer / invoice (by agreement, for corporate clients)
