Prepayment Policy

All transfers are paid in advance to guarantee your booking and ensure that your vehicle and driver are reserved specifically for your trip.

This allows us to provide a reliable, on-time and high-quality service without uncertainty.

When Payment Is Charged

You can safely enter your card details during the booking process.

Important:

• No payment is charged at the moment of booking

• Every booking is reviewed and confirmed manually

• Payment is processed 24 hours before the scheduled transfer

This approach ensures that all details are verified in advance and your transfer is properly arranged before any charge is made.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer may be charged in full

If cancelled within the allowed time, no charge will be made or the payment will be refunded.

Payment Methods

You can choose the most convenient payment method:

• Credit or debit card

• Secure payment link

• Bank transfer (by agreement)

• Cash (if agreed in advance)

If card details are not provided during booking, the payment method will be arranged separately.

All card payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• We do not store or have access to your card details

• All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems

• Stripe complies with PCI DSS security standards

This ensures that your payment information is fully protected.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are reviewed before confirmation.

In some cases, we may contact you to clarify details and ensure everything is arranged correctly.

Pricing Transparency

All prices shown during booking are:

• fixed

• transparent

• without hidden fees

There are no extra charges for normal traffic conditions or flight delays (when flight number is provided).

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

Your booking may remain unconfirmed until payment is secured.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are issued using the original payment method.

Processing time depends on the payment provider.
