How the pickup works
Book with your flight number and we watch the flight, not the clock. If you land early, the driver is early; if the plane is late, the pickup moves with it at no charge. Helsinki Airport has a single terminal complex — all arrivals come out into one hall at Terminal 2, and that is where your driver stands:
A sign with your name — at the exit from baggage claim, not in a car park across the road.
60 minutes of waiting included — time for passport control, luggage and a coffee.
Long-haul arrivals — non-Schengen passport queues can be slow; the included hour absorbs that too.
Night flights — we run 24/7; a 03:00 pickup works exactly like a 15:00 one.

A private car, never a shared van
Every pickup is your party only, door to door — from a Standard sedan for up to three passengers to a Mercedes-Benz Vito for eight. The car is chosen for your group and luggage when you book, and the driver helps with the bags.
