Nothing changes for you. Because you gave us your flight number at booking, we follow the actual arrival time, not the scheduled one. If your plane lands two hours late at 01:30, your driver is there at 01:30 — at no extra cost. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from the moment your flight touches down, which is comfortably enough for passport control and baggage claim even on a busy evening. Inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name — not at a kerb, not at a parking garage, and never in a taxi queue. Helsinki Airport has a single terminal, so there is only one arrivals area and it is impossible to miss each other. If you prefer, the driver can display your company name or any text you request instead of your own name.
The price you see at booking is the price you pay — fixed in advance, all-inclusive, with no meter, no night or weekend surcharges and no hidden fees. Most guests pay online by card when booking (payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details). Companies and travel agents can request payment by invoice. Yes. Plans change — flights get rebooked, meetings move, ships dock late. Write to us by email or WhatsApp and we will move your pickup time, change the address or the vehicle class, or cancel the ride according to our terms of service. You will always deal with a person who already knows your booking, not a call-centre script.
Tell us the ages of your children in the booking notes and we will install the right seats — rear-facing infant seats, child seats or boosters — before the car leaves for the airport. Child seats are provided free of charge. This is one of the biggest advantages of pre-booking over the airport taxi rank, where a suitable seat is a matter of luck.
Our fleet covers everything from business sedans to minivans for up to seven passengers with luggage. For larger groups we run several vehicles to the same flight and coordinate them for you. A pre-booked transfer means the car is guaranteed, the price is fixed before you fly, the driver knows your flight, your name and your destination, and a minivan or a child seat is actually available when you need one. At the taxi rank you queue after a long flight, prices depend on the operator and the meter, and vans are scarce exactly when arrivals peak. For early departures the difference is even bigger: at 04:30 you do not want to be testing your luck with street taxis — your car is simply waiting at the door.
